This web site is dedicated to disseminating upgrade decision analysis research for Commercial Off-the-Shelf productivity applications. 

I am a recent doctorate graduate from the George Washington University, School of Engineering and Applied Science who researched under the guidance of Dr. T. Mazzuchi, Dr. S. Sarkani and Dr. J. Beach. 

My research primarily focuses on current decision methodologies, attributes and models and aims to provide decision making guidance for IT professionals who are regularly faced with new releases of a currently deployed software applications.
